All electrical components that were ordered have arrived, including the custom PCB as shown below:

A preliminary test was done on the PCB to verify basic functionality by plugging the battery into the PCB and connecting my phone via USB-C to see if it would charge. My phone should charge at around 5V 1A in which the USB-C should be more than capable of delivering. As shown in the picture below, the phone was able to be charged successfully!
